Good bagI have had this bag a few months now and I love it. It will hold plenty of gear. It is pleasantly convenient to access while flying. However, I am OCD so what I carry doesn’t include my headsets. I carry those in the case they came in.This bag carries my:iPad mini ( can be full size ) (main compartment separate padded pouch)Log book ( main compartment)Knee board ( main compartment)Checklist ( main compartment)Sectional ( main compartment)Ipad yoke mount ( headset compartment)Suction cup IPhone cradle ( headset compartment)Stratus 3 suction cup cradle ( head set compartment)Status 3 ( large outside pocket)Hand held radio (large water bottle pocket)Fuel tester ( small outside pocket)screwdriver (same pocket as fuel tester)Flashlight ( second small outside pocket)Fuel quantity reader ( back outside pocket)Pens/pencils ( center organizer)Power cords ( center organizer)Headlamp ( center organizer)Devise charger ( center organizer)Puke bags ( center organizer)Small first aid kit ( center organizer)Leather man ( center organizer)Spare batteries ( center organizer)Everything has its place and is easy to get to.I’m guessing most pilots do not obsess quite like me so if you are sane, you could carry your headsets in the headset pocket. I have Lightspeed Delta Zulu’s and although they fit, I feel my headsets are better protected in the hard case they came with rather than the headset compartment on this bag ( or any other bag, which is why I am not faulting the bag, it’s definitely me). I use the headset pocket for other things.

Good Flight Bag for my PPL JourneyBought this for my Private pilot training. Snug fit, but holds my Lightspeed headphones with the case in the front pocket. Able to hold my glasses, extra power banks, cables, wallet, keys, phone, ipad mini, and Logbook either in the slim pockets, or the bigger pocket in the back. Really like how the interior is yellow, so finding things in the bag is super easy. Side pockets house my 16oz yeti and my flashlight. Can easily fit a radio in the elastic side pocket.Improvement items: Have the waterbottle pocket include some elastic straps to hold taller waterbottles in place. (I just use a clip to keep it held down).

Would recommendBought this for my boyfriend who is taking flight lessons. He loves the bag and says it fits everything he needs for his training. Very durable and spacious. Certainly recommend!

Great bag. Terrible shoulder strapGreat bag. Terrible shoulder strap. Unless you wrap it over your neck like a messenger bag, it ALWAYS falls off your shoulder and it’s beyond annoying

Bought and returnedhad to return the pics and video makes it look bigger but it’s pretty small, will fit 13″ laptop.I like the quality of it for sure and the interior bright yellow makes it look very nice.I wish they make a backpack version of it.

Great aviation bagBought this bag a few months ago and it’s holding up very well. As a corporate pilot I do a lot of overnights and day trips. This bag hold all the items I need for my trip. Ipad, power cords, batteries and battery packs, pilot docs, snacks, headset and case, pens, notepads. Only issue I had was tge sleeve to put through the luggage handle is not wide enough to fit on a LuggageWorks crew bag.

  8. Gabriela

Solid, beautiful and perfect size for GA.I love it. Has many pockets tailored for all GA needs and the size is perfect. Not too big, not too small (other options could carry a water bottle or a radio in the pockets, this one can carry both!). Very recommended.

Stitching on handle came apart and cup holder strap brokeStitching on handle came apart and cup holder strap broke after 30 hours of mild use. I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and they never responded. I will not recommend this product and will not purchase from this seller again. As of this review, the item is less than a year old and for the price, you can choose a better flight bag.

  10. Chris

Its a nice bag, but overpriced as with anything tagged for aviationThe flight back is nicely featured and has spots for almost everything a GA pilot would need. It’s not very large or bulky. The materials seem a bit light and it’s not a bag that may not last with rough use. The zippers work fine but are lightweight as is the nylon material the bag is made from. I like everything about it except the price. At $70 US it’s 2x overpriced compared to similar-sized backpacks. You can use one of your old work or school backpacks for 1/2 the price and get more features and room. On the fence about keeping it.
